How Does John Knox Village Work?

How it Works!

John Knox Village of the Rio Grande Valley is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation. Prospective residents pay a one-time up front entrance endowment fee. This fee varies depending upon which type and size unit you occupy. Upon moving in, residents pay a monthly maintenance fee.
